What to include

• About an order: your order number. It saves us writing back to ask for it.
• About sizing: your bust, waist and hip measurements in inches, and the piece you are looking at. We will tell you honestly which size to take, or whether to skip it.
• A return: your order number and which item. We send the prepaid label back, usually the same day.

Where we are

Soft Closet is an online-only shop. Every order is picked, packed and shipped from our fulfilment warehouse in Los Angeles, California, and arrives in 5 to 7 business days.
