Shipping policy
Where we ship
Soft Closet ships within the United States only. Every order leaves our fulfilment warehouse in Los Angeles, California, so nothing crosses a border: no customs charges and no surprise fees on delivery.
How long it takes
5 to 7 business days from the moment you place your order. That window covers both processing and delivery. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start processing on the next business day.
What it costs
- $5.95 flat rate on orders up to $74.99
- Free on orders of $75 or more
The rate is flat, not per item, so adding a second piece to your order does not add a second shipping charge.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the shipping label is created. If it has not arrived within two business days of your order, check your spam folder and then email supportsoftcloset@gmail.com.
Wrong address
Email supportsoftcloset@gmail.com as soon as you notice. If the parcel has not shipped yet we can usually correct it. Once it is on its way, it has to complete delivery before it can be re-sent.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund.
Where we do not ship
We do not currently ship outside the United States.
